今日我和 Joe完成了Strategic Play在亞洲的第一班Advanced LSP training: Playing with Strategy.
Anyone who watches the World Cup knows that the head coach needs to set the strategy for the team, taking into consideration of the team’s strengths, goals, etc. By the same token, a company’s executive team needs to craft the strategy for the organization, considering the vision, resources, competitive landscape, etc. The sad fact is that most people don’t know what strategy really is, or they treat strategy as work plan. To make the matter worse, people don’t know how to properly communicate a strategy.
What if there’s a way to solve the problems above? What if not only can we solve those problems but also get everyone engaged, aligned and communicated? That’s the magic of the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY method.
Joe and I have successfully conducted the first ever Advanced LSP training: Playing with Strategy in Hong Kong this weekend. This is the first Advanced LSP program offered by Strategy Play Group outside of America. After almost 3 years, I am finally in HK again. Seeing some old and new faces. How excited!
Congratulations to the 8 Advanced LSP Facilitators. Keep practicing the LSP method. It can do a lot of magic in your area of work.
Look forward to 2023!
