Day 4

Master Class Workshop Design and Practice

Day four, our final day, gives you an opportunity to develop your own road maps for workshops you want to deliver. These road maps can be for new LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshops or to customize current programs you currently deliver to incorporate LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®. We’ll show you how to do both.

The last part of this program lets you practice your facilitation skills in a safe environment. You will receive feedback from your colleagues and a Certified Licensed LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Methods facilitator.

Registering this programme is the best decision ever. It offered a great opportunity to meet with people from different industries. This programme was led by two experienced LSP facilitation trainer, Brian and Sandra. They have been very encouraging and supportive throughout the training.

Unlike traditional training conducted in lecture, we have learnt through hands-on experiences; we felt the power of LSP; and we internalized the learning from participating in the process. Having two trainers also means having more perspectives when we had questions about the facilitation process. Brian and Sandra shared their precious experience in applying LSP in various fields, and provided practical insight after we designed and delivered our unique LSP facilitation experience.

The LSP Facilitator Certification program exceeded my expectations. The process of knowledge building around the theme was very well structured. Brian and Sandra were perfect during the full training period and we could feel the intensive number of hours as a pleasant time. I'm very excited to start using LSP during different aspects of my activities.

This is an eye-opening training! What I gained in this 4-day workshop is more than I expected. Not just on the facilitation skills to use LEGO as a tool in Learning & Development, but it also enriched my facilitation skills in other areas, e.g. questioning skill, listening skill. Facilitators and participants shared and learned from one another. I am more open mind to listen to others and respect others model of the world. The open area of my Johari window expanded because I discovered I can be very creative too! I feel good and confidence~ Thank you Sandra and Brian!
