A busy day with LEGO bricks

早上做導師，為一個奢侈品牌做樂高認真玩工作坊，他們即將開新店，所以主題是「Dream Team」。Pre-opening的團隊永遠最有熱誠，但激情過後如何細水長流，讓團隊的價值持續下去，才是關鍵。希望今天的活動能為學員們對Dream Team的工作形成共識，打好基礎。

下午做學生，DUPLO Play&Learn Level 3 網上課程。持續進修，無需多講了吧。

夕陽無限好，忙碌的一天結束，明天再續。

Started the day with a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshop for a luxury brand. They are opening a brand new store so the theme of the workshop was “Dream Team” - perfect for the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method. The pre-opening team was super passionate and ready for the store opening, but how to sustain the passion after was usually where the tricky part lies. I hope the output from today’s workshop could serve as a lighthouse to guide the team’s performance in the long run.

In the afternoon I switched the role to become a participant - attending DUPLO Play&Learn Level 3 from Care For Education. Yes, today is all about LEGO bricks.
