連續五日全天Zoom training的感覺是… 頭痛欲裂，眼睛苦澀。但學員們的正面反應和滿足的神情，就算隔著屏幕和口罩都能感受到。五天的旅程包括第一天的Design Thinking x LEGO SERIOUS PLAY 工作坊和四天的LSP引導師認證課程。雖然這個課程已經做了N次，但每次的學員都能帶給我新的衝擊和學習，令我熱情如初。教學相長，初心不變。

What does it feel like doing full day Zoom training five days in a row? I felt like my head almost exploded and my eyes were so sore to look at the screen. On the other hand, it was fulfilling and fascinating to see all the joy and aha moments on participants’ faces, even through the screen and masks.

The 5 days journey consists of a day of Design Thinking crossover LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshop, followed by a 4-days LSP facilitator certification training. The local support and co-trainer, Joe Leung, played a key role to ensure the success of the hybrid format. In the midst of pandemic and uncertainty, no one has all the answers in the world. Success will go to those who are willing to collaborate, cocreate, and experiment. As a facilitation and problem-solving tool, the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method will become indispensable for managers, leaders and facilitators. Our next intake in HK will be on Sept 24-27.
