自我認識與發展工作坊


終於完成了四場大學生自我認識與發展工作坊,合共130多人。短短兩小時,大家從自己的強項,到學業上的目標,到事業上的志向,由淺入深,層層遞進,與自己對話,發掘可能性。希望各同學可以好似砌出來的動物一樣,發揮各種能力,展翅高飛。


有唸心理學系的同學問樂高認真玩是否沙盤治療。兩者的確相似,但玩法不同,目的也不同,有機會再和大家分享。


Today I finished the last of the four sessions of Self-awareness and Development workshop for over 130 university students. In two hours time, they had a chance to build their strengths, academic goals and career aspiration with 3D LEGO bricks. It’s like a conversation with yourself, only much more specific and visual with the help of colorful bricks. I wish I had taken the time to better understand myself, discover possibilities and empower myself when I was in university. Glad to be standing on the other side of the table today.


One student asked me if LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is the same as sand play therapy. They look similar but are actually two different things with different objectives. Perhaps I will discuss it in another post at another time.
