自我認識和事業發展

新一年的頭炮工作，是為一班國內的大學生做自我認識和事業發展工作坊。這批學生全部都是讀醫的，聰明透頂，但對自己的認識和長遠規劃，卻未有太多考慮。透過動手砌LEGO，和自己對話，除了反思自己的志向，更加深了同學間的了解和友誼。其中一位同學説，活動印證了自己當初讀醫行醫的初心，為人民的健康作出貢獻。在疫情期間這樣的體會特別有意思。

First job of the new year! Ran a LEGO SERIOUS PLAY workshop for a group of medical students from mainland China. Medical students are smart, but they rarely had a chance to “self-talk” and reflect. In the workshop, I asked them to build LEGO models and talked about their aspiration and career planning. One student said the workshop affirmed her aspiration to become a medical professional and contribute to the people’s health and wellbeing. What an inspiration in light of the pandemic!
