總結 - 香港LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®引導師培訓課程 2019年3月

終於有時間停一停，總結一下剛剛於香港完成的LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® 引導師培訓課程。18位學員個個身懷絕技，來自不同領域，有零售、物流、教育、教會、會計、醫療、教練，更有一個PhD。起點高，期望當然高。Sandra和我惟有使出渾身解數，希望大家覺得課程不只物有所值，而是物超所值。至於評價，我便不作自我吹噓，留待學員們發表吧。

從課程第一天開始我便告訴大家，我不是來搵快錢，而是希望植根這個地區，打造LEGO SERIOUS PLAY引導師的小社區。我很高興香港的第一班課程遇到各位。課程剛完結你們便立即向家人埋手，邀請媽媽、仔女試玩。有學員已經接到 job，更邀請班上同學一同參與。我期待你們繼續努力，發揮玩中作「學」的影響力。世界變化太快，亦紛亂不止。LEGO SERIOUS PLAY 讓我們重拾人類原始的能力：玩。透過玩，我們互相了解；透過玩，我們求同存異；透過玩，我們共創明天。

Finally have time to sit down and reflect on the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitator Training in Hong Kong. The 18 participants come from all walks of life, including retail, logistics, education, church, accounting, medical, coach and they are all professionals in their fields. We even have a PhD in the class. A high starting point means a high level of expectation. Sandra and I did the best possible we can in the class. We want to deliver a world class program that is not only value for money, but with ROI that generates return for you in the long run. How do I evaluate the success of the program? I rather let the participants speak than self-praise. But am I satisfied with the program? 200% positive.

I have said this since Day 1 of the program: I am not here to make quick money. I am based here. My goal is to grow a LSP facilitator community in this region. I am glad to have you guys as the first class. As soon as the class was finished, you started asking your mom, sons and daughters to try playing with the bricks. One participant has sold a LSP workshop and started asking for help from fellow facilitators. That’s the community I am talking about, and this is only the beginning! I look forward to seeing you guys grow and I want to learn from you. In this VUCA world, we need to go back to the basic. LEGO SERIOUS PLAY lets us pick up the basic ability of human beings - Play. Through play, we understand each other; through play, we learn to communicate and compromise; through play, we co-create the future.
