經濟不好時應該投資在員工培訓嗎?

有人說,經濟不好企業便越不願意投資在員工培訓。但相反,有眼光的企業其實更願意在環境變差時花資源在員工上。因為環境越困難,其實更需要提升員工的能力與眼光,才可帶領機構走出困境。員工的發展其實和機構的發展是一脈相承的。
過去三天有幸為香港一間社企的員工提供 LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitator Certification training,大家都深被這套有系統和科學根據的玩法所震撼。期待數天後大家的練習環節,可以把所學到的消化過後再應用出來!
It is said that organizations are more reluctant to spend resources in training and development during economic downturn. Actually, smart companies do exactly the opposite! They spend precious resources to build up their staffs during down time so that their people are better armed to bring the company out of the difficult situation. Staff development and business development go hand in hand. Unfortunately, few companies buy into that.
Had the privilege to provide Certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator training for a group of internal staffs of a social enterprise in HK in the past 3 days. They were simply blown away by this structured and science-backed methodology. I look forward to the day of facilitation practice which is a few days away. Can’t wait to see how they put their learning into practice!
