當螞蟻遇上LSP

從杭州回來二天了，終於有時間沉澱一下這次的工作。這次為螞蟻集團內部的螞蟻技術大學設計並執行一個團建+目標對接的工作坊，對象為各技術部門的高管。我應用LEGO®SERIOUS PLAY®方法和改良版的Value Proposition Canvas，為他們的年度目標找出差異，協調溝通。

老實說，這次工作無論是設計的難度、執行時的隨機應變還是工作坊對機構的重要性，在以往過百個的工作項目中都名列前矛。客戶為求萬無一失，更在兩星期前特意從杭州飛來廣州跟我碰面，詳細討論每個細節。遇強越強。充分的準備，充分的了解，永遠是做事的基礎。而且我還有個強大的助手 Vicky Lo，幕前幕後為我提供極大幫助。

這裏我要特別讚賞螞蟻技術大學的團隊，他們在安排這次活動的用心、認真和細心，令人感動。我作為導師，其實也非常享受這次活動。看其中一張照片，所有參加者認真討論時，我卻在吃水果。樂在其中，此之謂也。

Finally had time to reflect on the workshop I ran for the Ant Group in Hangzhou couple days ago. The workshop was a mix of team building and goal alignment with leaders coming from different technical departments. I applied the LEGO®SERIOUS PLAY® method and a revised version of Value Proposition Canvas to facilitate discussion and alignment on their annual goals.

Honestly speaking, this is probably one of the most challenging workshop I have ever done, in terms of the level of difficulty in workshop design, improvisation required during the workshop, and the stake of the outcome for the organization. To ensure that the workshop runs smoothly and meets the objectives, the client actually flew to Guangzhou to meet and discuss with me two weeks ago. The high level of challenge gave me an extra punch of motivation. With the fantastic support from the supporting team of the client and my wonderful assistant Vicky Lo, I was able to pull it off and nailed the objectives. Was it perfect? Far from it. But everybody was happy, and I have gained some valuable experience.

Too bad I didn’t have more time to spend in Hangzhou. It is a beautiful city. I will be back.
