澳門LEGO SERIOUS PLAY 引導師聚會

2019年1月19日，我們在澳門舉行了第一次的LEGO SERIOUS PLAY 引導師聚會。大家無私的分享令各人眼界大開。你們都能夠學以致用，把LSP應用在績效考核，換位思考，團隊共識和銷售培訓，有人甚至一個月已做了六場工作坊。而且你們沒有一本通書睇到老咁去做，而是能夠把LSP做適當的調整以配合參與者的需要。有誰想到砌烏龜的簡單活動竟然可以用在銷售培訓，而且還產生了意想不到的效果！

我將會把這個聚會恆常化，因為我實在等不及再從你們身上學習。

We had the first Macau LEGO SERIOUS PLAY facilitators gathering on 19 Jan 2019. Thank you for your generous sharing, I have seen how you applied LSP at work in the areas of performance review, perspective shifting, team alignment and sales training. One of you have already run 6 workshops in a month. What I was impressed the most is that you guys didn’t simply run the activities as you were taught - you were able to put a spin on them and tailor to suit your needs. Who would have thought that the turtle building activity can be used for sales training? My mind was blown!

This gathering is going to be run regularly and I can’t wait for the next one and learn from everyone.
