拼出有機生命體

好久沒有做得這麼過癮！

30人的超大Landscape模型，引用其中一個學員的話，是「有機生命體」。的確，企業團隊本來就是一個生態系統，每個人，那怕是一個小角色，都有自己的身份和功能，都會直接或間接地為團隊帶來影響。平日習慣低頭工作的同事們，難得有機會退後一步，站高一個台階，用老板的視角看事情。

前幾天在廣州為一家知名零售品牌做LEGO SERIOUS PLAY 工作坊。上午的「團拼」和熱烈投入的討論，為下午的 Heart-to-heart talk 奠下基礎。很多人以為Team Building 只是玩，但有實際Impact的Team Building一定要連上工作，在心理安全感高的情況下討論「到肉」的東西。

這個工作坊從設計到執行都相當費力，但自己相當滿足。玩積木，都係線下的好！

It’s been a long time since the last big LSP workshop.

We had 30 people from a well-known retail brand in Guangzhou building their team and vision of the project. To quote a line from one of the participants, “It’s a living organism”. Indeed, teams and organizations itself is a living system, in which everything connects to everything. Each component, regardless its size, makes its impact to the whole. When we are so busy keeping our head down day in and day out, we miss the opportunity to take a step back and look at the “big picture”.

Building the system is the first step and it lays the foundation of psychological safety for the “heart to heart” discussion in the afternoon, in which participants voiced their concerns wholeheartedly. We don’t expect to solve all the problems in one day, but raising our awareness of the “system” and genuinely discussing what mattered at work in a safe environment is a big step.

What a day! It took me a great deal of effort to design and facilitate this workshop. But I enjoyed it so much. As much as I love the convenience of conducting workshop virtually, nothing beats the human touch of F2F experience. You can literally see the team dynamic changed during the course of the day. I love it.
