創造我們的 Family Mission Statement 企業有Mission Statement，家庭又可以有嗎？其實自去年起我已經想做這件事，但拖延症發作，直至今晚。 Family Mission Statement 這個概念源自「成功人士的七個習慣」這本書。我今晚引領老婆和小朋友一起brainstorm我們相信的價值觀。這個活動挺不容易的。成年人也不一定知道價值觀是什麼，何況小朋友。 今晚完成第一步，下星期再續。

Creating a family mission statement

This is a project I have been thinking about since last year but I kept procrastinating until tonight. The idea came from Stephen Covey’s bestseller “7 Habits of Highly Effective People”. I led my wife and two kids to brainstorm what we value and what we want to be known of. It’s not a simple task - for things like values are a bit too abstract for kids.

We got some ideas tonight. Will continue with session #2 next week.
