Team Effectiveness Survey包含48條問題,從8個角度量度團隊的效能。問卷根據不同的研究和團隊理論綜合而成,適用於不同大小、不同行業的團隊。如果你是管理者、領袖、HR,想知道同事們如何評價團隊,這個Survey會幫到你。

The Team Effectiveness Survey consists of 48 questions divided into 8 categories. It was a product of many researches, team development theories and my expertise.
