創新課程：「積木足球」

積木是事業，足球是興趣。能夠把事業和興趣結合，是很多人夢寐以求的事。把足球的概念融入LEGO SERIOUS PLAY 玩法，不知道我是否世上第一人，但整個工作坊設計肯定是我原創。感謝客戶信任，上星期為一個團隊玩「積木足球」，確立團隊身分、各人的分工、得球和失球的意義、現在比分等等。積木只是工具，足球只是比喻，團隊成員們坦誠的溝通、發人深省的討論，才是最大的得著。一如以往，工作坊時間永遠不夠用，意猶未盡的感覺，期待有機會和大家玩埋下半場。

Bricks are my career. Football (soccer) is my hobby. What a dream to cross over the two! I was lucky enough to be able to roll out my innovation project last week – Football x LEGO SERIOUS PLAY team development workshop. It aimed to establish team identity, R&R, what it means to score, etc. At the end of the day, bricks are only the tools, football is an analogy. What matters are the full participation and honest discussion by the team members. The only downside was, as always, time management. Quality discussions can be lengthy at times but the outcomes were worth the time investment. I wish I could continue the “second half” of the game!
