多謝Victor Lai的邀請，今天為保險業界大哥AXA的精英業務員做了「玩出MDRT之路」的LEGO®SERIOUS PLAY® 工作坊。短短數小時，大家致力找出成為MDRT的秘密，並為自己做了差距分析，亦得到伙伴們的支持，下一個MDRT，you are ready!

Had the privilege to conduct a “Road to MDRT” LEGO®SERIOUS PLAY® workshop for the top agents of AXA Macau today. In a few hours we have discovered the secret of being a MDRT, conducted a visual gap analysis, and received support and blessing from team members. To be the next MDRT, you are ready! To serve a big client requires a big team. I am grateful to have invited four assistants coming from HK and Macau. They are not random assistants - they are all certified LSP facilitators! Well done guys.
