「持續學習分享」系列之 Instructional Design 101

「持續學習分享」系列之 Instructional Design 101 於4月4日順利開講。一如以往，有成功的地方，亦有可改善的地方。最緊要是疫情期間大家「不停學」，就是「不停地學習」的意思。

「持續學習分享」系列由不同的專業人士每星期開講不同題目，鼓勵分享和持續學習的文化。熱烈期待下星期的分享，我很享受做番觀眾呢！

What’s the best thing to do when we are stranded at home? My view: Share and Learn. Share what you know and learn new things. That’s the reason I started the “Share and Learn” series in which professionals and facilitators from all walks of lives share a topic of their expertise every week. I had the privilege to start the first episode on Saturday with the topic “Instructional Design 101”. Same as many initiatives in life, it was not a perfect session. But that’s not the point. “Ready, Fire, Aim”. Getting started and adjusting along the way is way better than waiting for the “perfect moment” to shoot.

Look forward to the next session when I sit back as a participant. Can’t wait.
