Long time ago when I was still a management trainee, my then manager gave me two pieces of career advice that's so memorable and as relevant today as it was back then.
1. Never burn bridges. Repeat, never burn bridges. The world is extremely small.
2. Never ask a staff to do something you won't do it yourself.
