The 10th LSP Facilitator Training

這個九月，對我來說富有意義。除了LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®課程總數邁進三位數外，剛完成的線上LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®認證引導師課程，亦是另一個里程碑。這是我第十個LSP認證培訓班，總人數亦突破100。吊詭地，我的喜悅只出現了一瞬間，隨之而來的，是責任感，我必須對我培訓出來的引導師負責，持續地支援他們，並且努力地推廣LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®這套技術。目前為止的成績，希望只是我事業和人生的一個小章節而已。

特別感謝在路上支持我的朋友。人數眾多，我不一一點名，但我一定會對宇宙訴說我對你的感恩。

What a special month of September! In addition to hitting three digits on the number of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshops conducted, I have delivered my 10th LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitator Certification training over the past four days, with total facilitators exceeding 100. Sounds like a pretty amazing achievement, but to be honest, my joy only lasted for a brief moment. What comes after is a sense of responsibility. I am responsible for providing continuous support to those I have trained. I am responsible for introducing this powerful methodology to a wider audience. I hope what I have achieved so far is only a small chapter in my career and life.

I want to thank those who have supported me along the journey so far. Special thanks goes to Jacqueline Lloyd Smith from Strategic Play for always supporting me in the training. Not to mention my fantastic training partner Sandra Lunn, whom I have started co-training with years ago. Thank you all.
