Team Building, What-The-Duck

上星期跟一個政府部門做了一場Team Building‌，主題是新舊融合，團隊溝通。我應用了最擅長的積木鴨仔，在最後總結時，大家走到枱前，把代表自己的小鴨放到底板上，並告訴大家當天的最大得著和行動計劃。眾人來自部門的不同團隊，每天上班鮮有溝通。立體地、視覺化地看到、感受到如何由一堆人變成一隊人，是團建的其中一個目的。

Last week I ran a team building workshop with a government agency in Macau. It was meant to promote mutual understanding across new and existing staffs and increase their awareness of “One Team One Goal”. At the end of the workshop, each of them came to the table, put their duck on the green base plate (which represents their own organization) and told the class the biggest takeaway of the day. It was a great way to wrap up the workshop, and what a better way than seeing how they become “One Team” using bricks.
