Proven way to learn and grow

I learned that the four time undefeated MMA champion and legendary coach, Frank Shamrock, used a system to make himself and others a better fighter. He called it Plus, Minus, and Equal.

Plus: Work with someone who is better than you

Minus: Work with or teach someone who can learn from you

Equal: Work with someone who is more or less on the same level as you

As you work with different level of people, you will quickly identify gaps in your knowledge and skill, and you will gain insight on improving them.
