越來越多朋友問我LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®是什麼，它的原理，應用範疇等等。所以我決定做一個「LSP解剖學」系列，解答大家的疑問之餘，亦希望提升大家對這套方法的關注。如果大家有什麼關於LSP的疑問，都歡迎提出啊！

LSP的基礎在於積木的隱喻、象徵功能。由於LSP積木的組合千變萬化，基本上沒有東西你砌不出來。而事實上，LSP的其中一個關鍵並不是你砌出什麼，而是這個積木模型有什麼象徵意義。當你賦予了意義，這個模型便變得神聖不可侵犯，世界上沒有人能否定你賦予的意義。由於每個人都能夠隨心所欲地訴說其意義，我們便不知不覺間透露了潛藏心底裏的想法，情緒。同一時間，我們亦釋放了無限大的創意和想像空間。

I have been getting a lot of inquiries about LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® lately. Many people have been asking what LSP is all about, it's principles and areas of application. So, I have decided to write a "Getting to Know LSP" series, where I answer inquiries and hopefully raise more awareness of this powerful methodology. Getting to Know LSP Episode 1 - Metaphor
One of the foundations of LSP is the metaphorical function of the bricks. Given the endless combinations of putting the bricks together, there is basically nothing in the world you cannot build with LEGO bricks. However, LSP is not really about what you make with the bricks, but about what “metaphorical meaning” you give to the bricks. When you give the LEGO model meaning, it became sacred. No one in the world could dispute the meaning you gave. Since we are free to give whatever meaning we want, we open up our subconscious mind without even noticing it. We surface the hidden memories, beliefs and emotions. At the same time, we bring our creativity to another level.
