最近有不少客戶找我做策略規劃。現在疫後重生,重新規劃商業策略和行動計劃是絕對有必要的。商業策略是其中一種我最喜歡的東西,我讀MBA時便是主修策略管理。工作坊的設計我運用了擅長的LSP手法,並結合一流的策略規劃工具。 商業策略是嚴肅的事情,但有時太抽象,團隊亦可能未有足夠的心理安全感,導致同事未能深入地參與其中。透過積木和LSP引導手法,各人能把想法立體地呈現出來,進行客觀的討論,拓展想法,達成共識。如此誕生的商業策略,大家的理解度,認同感,責任感都得到大大提升。 Several clients approached me recently for strategic planning services. That’s totally understandable - who doesn’t need to re-strategize in post-COVID world? I love business strategy. In fact, that’s what I majored in during my MBA degree. When designing the workshop for clients, I combined my favourite LSP methodology and top-notch business strategy framework. Careful process design and skillful facilitation are two big building blocks in successful workshops. Strategy planning is hard. Sometimes it’s hard to understand, sometimes there is not enough psychological safety in the team to allow a honest discussion. By building their thoughts with 3D models participants will be able to have a deeper conversation on the topic. The unique facilitation process of LSP also levels the playing field for different ranks of staffs. Understanding, alignment and commitment can be achieved.
