豐盛的一天。早上跟香港的LEGO SERIOUS PLAY facilitators聚會，十幾人互相啟發，互相分享，實踐社群 (Community of Practice) 就是如此。分享，才會得到更多。

下午公開班，透過動手砌積木，找出工作的意義。立體的積木把抽象的想法形象化、實體化。一年之計在於春。沒有比現在更適合探討工作的意義了。

天光玩到天黑。不知道回到家能否趕得及為孩子講bed time story?

What a day! Two workshops in a day. We had a LEGO SERIOUS PLAY facilitators gathering in HK in the morning. Sharing, learning and networking. That’s we call a “community of practice”. By giving and sharing, we gain.

Then we had a public workshop on “Discover the meaning of your work” in the afternoon. Visualizing and materializing conceptual things is one of the most powerful things you can do with the LSP method. What a better time than the beginning of the year to explore the meaning of work?

Time to go home. Hope I can catch the kids in time to tell bed time stories.
