Debriefing Skill Workshop

新課程，新嘗試。Debriefing Skill 工作坊，市場上好像還未見過。今日一次過用齊哂LEGO SERIOUS PLAY，Six Bricks，Points of You，雖未至於翻箱倒櫃，但也有點show hand的感覺。工具無限多，但如何學得有效卻殊途同歸。今天的參加者個個都係trainer，而且熱情投入，令課程進行得極度順利，我亦非常享受每一刻。

有人問我，這麼小眾的題目，怎樣做下去？我話無所謂啦，有幾多做幾多，當初裸辭創業，不就是希望做一些自己喜歡的事嗎？

New product, new program. My newborn program, Debriefing Skill workshop, was successfully delivered last Saturday for a group of experienced trainers and teachers. Combining education theories and a range of tools such as LEGO®SERIOUS PLAY®, Six Bricks, and Points of You®, we went through a fruitful and enjoyable class.

Someone asked me how to make such a niche program sustainable. I said I will do what I can. When you work for something you are passionate about, you don’t feel like working anyway. That’s the reason I quitted the corporate job at the first place.

Next step, turning the program into a virtual class. Stay tuned.
