Coaching with LEGO SERIOUS PLAY

今天上廣州，跟很久沒見的伙伴碰面，除了討論工作計劃，當然少不了砌樂高。今天的主題是Coaching。在基礎的Coaching對話中加入LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®，並結合Brainstorming的效果，令對話既闊且深。Coaching的本質，本來就是擴展和發現。把抽象的思想視覺化和觸覺化，並用盡hand-brain connection的優勢，令整個過程變得更容易，更有效，更好玩。會面到最後玩Six Bricks，可惜趕火車，意猶未盡，年後再見吧！

Met up with my partners in Guangzhou today - first time since the pandemic. Other than business planning, we practiced LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® in the realm of coaching. The power of visualization and hand-brain connection of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method, combined with some conventional techniques such as brainstorming, greatly enhanced the breadth and depth of the coaching conversation. It makes the whole process easier, more effective and more fun.

We ended the meeting with Six Bricks. Too bad I needed to catch the train so didn’t play enough. Let’s resume after CNY.
