One of the best things I have ever done during pandemic is to learn how to conduct trainings in hybrid mode. It allows me to continue to work across borders when the part of the world I am in is strictly following the isolation policy. Successful hybrid models require a great partner. I am grateful to have Joe Leung in Hong Kong and Sencho in Guangzhou.
