敏捷與團建

新嘗試，有意思。當LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®遇上敏捷(Agile)，有什麼化學作用？昨天上午的「敏捷團隊101」課程，讓一眾設計從業員理解敏捷的概念，並思考與自己工作的關係。原來，積木，不只是玩具；敏捷，與身手無關，卻和設計有莫大關係。

下午話題一轉，從敏捷變成團隊。多角度，形象化地審視自己的團隊，真正把整個Team “Build” 出來，而且當中的連繫，正是「一堆人」和「一隊人」的分別。

第一次在珠海中心這坐新落成的商廈做課程，面對如此無敵景觀，真正心曠神怡。

Tried a new thing yesterday! Ran a “Agile Team 101 with the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method” workshop with a group of design practitioners. Starting from Agile principles, they got to reflect on how the Agile concept can be applied in their own business. Bricks are more than a toy; Agile has nothing to do with your body flexibility, but everything to do with the design business.

We shifted the topic to team development in the afternoon. When we do team building, what do we really “build”? We build the team, literally, with bricks. When you see the team holistically and inclusively, you will never look at your team the same way again.
