2019 上海「游戲化革命」論壇



2019上海「游戲化革命」論壇圓滿成功。不同領域的專家學者聚首一堂,分享企業游戲化的趨勢和案例,海量的新知識充斥腦袋。我有幸跟大家分享樂高認真玩的案例,並且和現場朋友玩鴨仔。昨天晚上回酒店太疲累直接倒在床上。


簡單總結,企業游戲化走過了一段波折的路,從各有各做到現在的一些行業整合,這個領域方興未艾,是因為新世代的游戲和電玩文化根深蒂固。如果未來是屬於年輕人,那麼游戲化學習必然舉足輕重。 在此感謝亞洲游戲化研究與發展大會和Rachel Chen老師的邀請。


Asia Gamification Conference in Shanghai has come to a successful end yesterday. Experts and practitioners from different sectors shared their expertise and case studies in the area of gamification. My brain was blown! I was honor to be one of the speakers and shared how I used LEGO SERIOUS PLAY to drive behavioral change in corporate learning. And playing LEGO ducks with audience is inevitable!


To sum up what I learned from the conference, gamification has come a long way in the past decade. It started with people working on their own, then came the rapid growth and consolidation of the industry. Like everything in China, it took off really quick and there’s still a lot of room for growth. The gaming culture of the new generation is one of the biggest driver for gamification. If you have not boarded the high speed train of gamification, you probably should take a look at it seriously.


I would like to thank Gamification Conference Asia and Rachel Chen for the invitation. Now the “work” part of the trip is over. Time to explore the beautiful city of Shanghai.
